Americruise participants relax and swap road stories under the “old oak tree

   

Obviously the crowd favorite for “Best Custom” after the driver handed out free Hershey’s Chocolate treats.

   
The Dr. Pepper Museum in Waco, Texas became an unofficial tour stop after Danny Zoeller decided he needed to re-stock his supply.

   
Dennis Overholser arranged a tour of the GM Assembly Plant in Arlington, Texas


   
Painless Wiring gave a tour of their manufacturing facility and sent us all away with a full stomach.

A visit to the “Strategic Air Command” (SAC) museum in Ashland, NB gave the South Texas Tour a new appreciation for our military might.

A few interesting shots at the Lincoln fairgrounds marked the end of Americruise 2002. The locals welcomed the Tour and gave us a designated parking area for the “South Texas Tour”.
