These new systems are the latest evolution in the Builders Series line and feature industry-first OEM-quality injection-molded cases and blend air doors along with block-type expansion valves.

The new Vintage Air Gen 5 Climate-Control Systems are entirely electronically controlled. They now offer several new OEM-quality features, including injection-molded case assemblies, new higher-torque actuator motors and rubber over-molded blend air doors for increased durability and efficiency.

The new Super Magnum Evaporator features Vintage Air’s largest blower ever. It delivers 20% more cubic feet of air per minute (CFM) than the standard Magnum’s blower for increased cooling capacity. The entire system replaces outdated air-conditioning components and delivers superior performance in a smaller package to free up valuable under-hood space.

Vintage Air’s Gen 5 system is its most powerful and intelligent climate control, employing an exclusive fully-electronic microprocessor control system that eliminates cables or vacuum connections. The separate high-capacity parallel-flow heater coil and aluminum plate-and-fin cooling coil provide outstanding performance and infinite “just right temperature” air blends, blower speed adjustments and high-volume dehumidified defrost. Additional features include multiple mounting points and air outlet configurations for increased installation flexibility. The Magnum and Super Magnum kits are compatible with all preexisting Gen IV standard and upgrade billet control panels.
