Vintage Air, the leading manufacturer of complete performance air conditioning systems for classics, hot rods and street rods, has announced the release of its all-new ProLine Louver Balls for 1965-1977 GM cars and trucks equipped with factory air. These CNC-machined billet aluminum louver balls are drop-in replacements for the round factory vents and replace the plastic originals.

Factory air conditioning systems that came installed in General Motors vehicles in the 1960s and ‘70s all featured plastic air vents louvers which, over time, have a tendency to become brittle, loose, or broken due to 50 years of repeated use. This leaves you with AC vents that no longer direct air in the direction you want them too. But with Vintage Air’s new GM ProLine Louver Balls, you can quickly and easily replace those old plastic vents with high strength billet aluminum units. This drop-in upgrade will not only last longer but are also a great way to update and improve the look of your stock dash.

The new GM ProLine Louver Balls are precision CNC machined from T-6061 billet aluminum and come in the factory 3.050-inch diameter. They deliver maximized air flow and stylistic designs that will compliment your stock dash and are multi-directional, rotating with ease within the aluminum bezel.

The Vintage Air ProLine Lover Balls are available in two finishes – machine finish with clear anodizing and full black anodized. There are three designs, Planar (P/N 499233, 499234), Tridant (P/N 499236, 499237), and Penta (P/N 499239, 499240) and fit 1967-72 Chevrolet and GMC C-10 trucks, 1965-68 Chevrolet full size cars, 1966-69 Chevelles and El Caminos, 1968-77 Corvettes, and 1967-68 Camaros and Firebirds.

Vintage Air Proline Louver Balls are proudly made in the USA, come with all parts necessary for a complete installation, and are backed by a three-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
